Toronto Through My Eyes

The Beauty In Decay Collection

One of my favorite subjects to capture is definitely textures. especially when it comes to rust. It has a strange way of adding character and definition. And lets not forget how it compliments the colors around it, somewhat giving the subject a life of it's own.

People

These are a collection of some of my favorite photographs of some of my favorite people. Photos were taken between 2003 to present date.

The Madison Collection

I recently did some photography for a student film titled "The Snow Angel", directed by a woman named Jen Wilkinson. I was fortunate enough to be introduced to her by my girlfriend.
Using a Canon EOS DIGITAL REBEL XT, several photographs were taken. I was instructed by the director to later edit the photos in Photoshop and give them a specific appearance. She wanted the feel of an old Russian camera known as the LOMO. A camera which is made up entirely of plastic. The LOMO camera is widely know for the over saturated and vibrant colors it captures, as well as it's dreamy like appearance.
The the following photos displayed here are some of my favorites from the collection, some of which were used in the actual film itself.

London, Ontario

Of all the places I would come to reside in, London Ontario was the last location I ever expected to end up. Upon first arriving there I found myself questioning my own sanity as to why I was there. It took me about a good three months before I found myself able to defeat my depression and finally take on the city with my camera.
In the end I was given the opportunity to excel in by passion and would eventually have my first photography show at The Taste Of Tornoto.
The following photographs were taken during my time in London

Vancouver Memories

These photos were taken with an Olympus Digital Camera(my very first one too), and shot at a mere 3.2 megapixles. Despite this fact, a lot of my favorite photographs were taken with it.
